These sweatshirts are pre-ordered and custom-made.  If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to get a refund back on your purchase.  

Once your purchase is made and ready you can pick up or we can ship it to you at an additional fee based on your address.  Once your order is placed you will receive an email from us within 12 hours with further information about when your item will be ready and available for pick up/delivery.
